Attorney. Legal Education: University of São Paulo Law School (LL. B.). Specialization course at the University of Toronto Law School – International Public Law – in Economic Analysis of Law and Global Environment, in 1989. Admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section in 1978 and to the Portuguese Bar Association – Lisbon Council – in 1992. Expertise: Concentration in aeronautics law, commercial contracts and business law in general. Previous work, experience: Former attorney and coordinator of the Contracts Departments of Vasp Brazilian Airlines (1980/1988).
