Attorney admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), São Paulo section in 1961; admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association, Lisbon Council, in 1989. Legal Education: graduated from the Santos Catholic Law School, holds an Executive MBA from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), São Paulo and a Master’s of Laws degree (“Lato Sensu”) in Corporate Law from the University of São Paulo Law School. Expertise: International Tax Law, International Business Law, Mergers and Acquisitions. Previous work experience: Founding Partner of Paulo Roberto Murray – Attorneys. Government experience: Former President and active member of the State of São Paulo Trade Registry Board; Legal writing and speaking experience: Author of articles published in "Brazilian Courts Review Magazine", newspapers, newsletters and specialized magazine editions on Corporate and Tax Law; Speaker and participant in seminars on the subject "Foreign Investments in Brazil - Legal Aspects" in several countries, including the United States, England, Spain, France, Finland, Japan, Germany, Austria, South Korea, Taiwan, Canada, Argentina and Uruguay.
